Content policy

This Deedmob Content Policy applies to all information, documents, images, images of minors, or data that you, as a Deedmob user, an organization (such as a charity or social organization), or a visitor to the Deedmob website(s), may upload to the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app. Including, but not limited to, user registration, participation, public sharing, posting, uploading, linking, downloading and transferring, viewing, blogging, comments, chatroom, bulletin board, and forum participation, or the submission or sending of content, including, but not limited to, images, art, software, code, data, text, video, audio, text, opinions, descriptions, etc. ('Materials').

Scope

This Deedmob Content Policy forms part of the Deedmob General Terms and Conditions and the Deedmob Terms of Use and, where applicable, the integrated Deedmob Data Processing Agreement, and this Deedmob Content Policy applies. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Content Policy and the General Terms and Conditions, the Content Policy shall prevail to the extent that the conflict is concerned.

Security and Privacy

Personal information: information provided to Deedmob via forms on the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app is managed in accordance with Deedmob's Privacy Policy.

User Account, Password, and Security: When you set up a Deedmob account in accordance with the Deedmob Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to notify Deedmob immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security herein. Deedmob is not liable for any loss you may incur if someone else uses your password or account, with or without your knowledge. However, you may be held liable for losses suffered by Deedmob or another party as a result of someone else using your account or password. You may not, at any time, use someone else's account without the account holder's permission.

No unlawful or prohibited use: you agree that you will not use the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Content Policy. You may not:

Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, intimidating, libelous, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, infringing on the privacy of another, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive;
Use the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app, materials, Deedmob services or activities to "stalk" or otherwise harass or harm another;
Impersonating a person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Deedmob official, forum leader, guide, or organization, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your relationship with a person or entity, or collecting or storing personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities;
create headers or otherwise manipulate identifying information to conceal the origin of content transmitted via the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app;
Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available content that you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under confidentiality agreements);
Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of a party;
Uploading, posting, emailing, sending, or otherwise making available unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of invitation;
Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available material that contains software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
You may not use the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app in a manner that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Deedmob server or network connections, requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Deedmob website, Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app, or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app by any other third party;
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to a Deedmob server, by means of hacking, password phishing or other methods, or obtain or attempt to obtain material or information through means not intentionally made available via the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app;
Intentionally or unintentionally infringing upon applicable local, provincial, national, or international laws, including, but not limited to, regulations issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, all rules of any national or other securities exchange, and all statutory provisions;

Copyright authorization: The copyright to all content posted on the Deedmob website(s), the Deedmob platform, or the Deedmob app is the property of DeedMob BV. It is not permitted to use content from Deedmob without prior written permission from Deedmob.

Notifications and announcements

Warranty Exclusions: The materials of the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform or Deedmob app, as well as the Deedmob platform and the Deedmob app, are offered by DeedMob BV and/or its worldwide direct or indirect subsidiaries and affiliates ("Deedmob") as a service to its customers, to you. YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT:

ANY MATERIAL UPLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER EQUIPMENT OR LOSS OF DATA CAUSED FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEDMOB OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEEDMOB WEBSITE(S) OR DEEDMOB APP, EVEN IF DEEDMOB HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of liability: YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT DEEDMOB BV AND ITS LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR:

DEEDMOB AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS SHALL UNDER NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACT OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER ACT, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVISION OR NON-PROVISION OF SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THE DEEDMOB WEBSITE(S), DEEDMOB PLATFORM, OR DEEDMOB APP.
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY RELIABILITY PLACED BY YOU REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR EXISTENCE OF ANY CONTENT, OR CHANGES THAT DEEDMOB MAY MAKE TO THE SERVICES, DOCUMENTS, DEEDMOB WEBSITE(S), DEEDMOB PLATFORM, OR DEEDMOB APP, CONTENT, OR FOR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY TERMINATION IN THE OFFERING OF THE DEMO WEBSITE, DEEDMOB PLATFORM, OR DEEDMOB APP (OR ANY FUNCTIONS IN THE DEEDMOB WEBSITE(S), DEEDMOB PLATFORM, OR DEEDMOB APP) OR, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL;
THESE LIMITATIONS ON DEEDMOB'S LIABILITY APPLY WHETHER DEEDMOB HAS BEEN ADVISED OR SHOULD BE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeedMob BV and its officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party as a result of or arising out of content that you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Deedmob Website, Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob App, your use of the Deedmob Website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob App, your connection to the Deedmob Website, Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob App, your violation of this Content Policy or site-specific Content Policy, or your infringement of the rights of another.

Accuracy and completeness: Deedmob does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, images, links, or other items on the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app.

Changes and updates: DeedMob BV reserves the right to modify or temporarily, permanently, or permanently terminate the Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Substantive notifications

Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that Deedmob owns all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the materials and Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app, including trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive features of DeedMob BV brand features therein (whether or not such rights are registered, and wherever in the world such rights may exist), and that they are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as expressly stated herein, Deedmob grants you no express or implied right under patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.

Translations: Where Deedmob has provided you with a translation of the English version of this Content Policy, you agree that the translation is provided solely for your convenience and that the English versions of this Content Policy apply to your relationship with Deedmob. In the event of any conflict between the English version of the Content Policy and the translation, the English version shall prevail.

Third-Party Content: Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app may contain content submitted by users or third parties; such content is not reviewed, approved by, or authorized by Deedmob and is provided solely for the convenience of our customers and users. Under no circumstances shall DeedMob BV be liable for content submitted or provided by third parties, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions or damages of any kind. Deedmob may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate an account holder, user, or subscriber on Deedmob website(s), Deedmob Platform, or Deedmob app if he or she breaches this Content Policy, the Deedmob General Terms and Conditions, Deedmob Privacy Policy, or the Deedmob Data Processing Agreement.
