All hours worked are linked to your organization profile. By sharing that you are making an impact, you inspire new volunteers to join as well!

Who can create activity reports?
As soon as a registration is marked as 'match', the system will automatically generate an activity report. If an activity does not have a clear timeframe, the system will use an average. A user can also create activity reports themselves and link them to (an activity of) your organization. In that case, you will receive a notification.
How can I confirm activity reports?
You can do this via the activity reports tab on the relevant activity page or via the data overview on your organization page .
Do I need to manually confirm all activity reports?
Yes, at the moment there is no option to confirm activity reports in bulk.
Does the user receive a message upon confirmation / rejection?
The user receives a notification the moment you confirm the number of hours worked. A user does not automatically receive a notification in the event of a rejection.
Can I report all my impact, even if I didn't find the volunteer through this platform?
Absolutely! An activity report must always be linked to an activity of your organization. In that case, you will first need to create an activity. Next, you can assign the volunteer . This way, you make the full impact of your organization visible and easily shareable!

Yes, an activity report must always be linked to an activity of your organization. You cannot report user hours if they are not linked to an activity.
Can I add documents to an activity report?
Yes, that is possible. This way, for example, you can share a photo or a certificate with the user.
Can I still modify an activity report afterwards?
Certainly. By clicking on 'Detail' in the 'Impact' column, you can customize the report.
