Stichting Groen & Groen manages a school garden on the grounds of Zorgboerderij De Mikkelhorst in Haren. From March/April onwards, three school classes visit weekly for vegetable garden lessons and nature education. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy working outdoors and love plants.
Tasks and duties
You can help with growing and caring for plants. You can also help with general maintenance, weeding/pruning, and harvesting.
If you enjoy it, you can also assist with the lessons.
Skills and qualities
If you have knowledge of gardening, that's a nice bonus, but not a must! Together, we'll look at what suits you and what gives you energy.
