You help someone get back outside who cannot do so alone due to illness.
Tasks and duties
A woman in her mid-sixties would like to go out with a volunteer. She does not dare go alone due to her COPD. She hopes to be able to exercise together and perhaps go to the center again without her oxygen tank. She enjoys reading, listening to music, drawing, and painting. Her view of the world is: just be sociable, there is already enough misery. She herself has also been through a lot in her life. She would like a female volunteer who is willing to meet with her in the afternoon.
Skills and qualities
- You are fine with walking at her pace or starting with short stretches.
