Interesting or nice about this vacancy

  • You work with a diverse and friendly group of people.
  • You have the freedom to put together your own set of tasks.
  • To us, experimentation and development are more important than results or a product.

Tasks and duties

MAAK-Lab Gro is a creative workshop for children, young people, and adults where you can be yourself and explore your talents at your own pace. We highly value messing around, and to that end, we have all kinds of machines and materials on hand. The workshop is located in 'de Bijenkast', a building housing makers and artists of all disciplines: from cooking to dancing, from inventing to furniture making. We work together in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for people aged 20 to 76 to strengthen our vibrant team by being who they are. Together, we will discover what we can mean to each other.

Perhaps you enjoy introducing new creative techniques and materials, or you would like to further expand and maintain our wood and metal workshop. Or do you have a good feel for guiding our children and young people through their process of experimenting, failing, trying again, succeeding, and collaborating? We have the space to figure this out together!

Skills and qualities

  • You have an affinity with children and young people.
  • You are open to learning new things.
  • You are available for at least two half-days per week.
  • In a participation job, you work a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Additional information

Looking to discover your own talents? Do you finally want to hit the nail on the head? Then email or call Maartje Peters: maaklabgro@skkek.nl / 06-27372166.
