You are working on refurbishing a small motorboat at the De Weide Blik Learning and Work Company.
The participants of our Work-Study Program have already cleaned the boat. There is still a lot to be fixed; call for more information!
Tasks and duties
Welding and grinding work, re-securing and sealing windows, painting, replacing some of the materials.
Skills and qualities
- Experience with steelworking (preferably in shipbuilding).
- Steelworking skills, independence in job sequence; possibly bring your own specific necessary tools if needed. Small welding machine available.
- You enjoy taking people with disabilities under your wing and involving them in this job.
Additional information
You will work outdoors on the grounds of the Learning and Work Company. Participants will surely enjoy coming to take a look at what you are doing. Affinity with the target group is important.
