Tasks and duties
We are looking for volunteers for the weekend activities at Residential Care Centre de Ebbingepoort. We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who can independently serve coffee and tea in the recreation room.
Additionally, it is of course great if you bring a cheerful attitude and would perhaps like to help with the offered activity.
As a volunteer, you provide: just that extra attention for the resident.
- Make and pour coffee/tea.
- Setting out cups.
- Clearing and cleaning the tables.
- Setting up the tables for the next day.
Skills and qualities
- You are patient.
- You have an affinity with the target group (elderly people with dementia).
- You have empathy.
- You have a well-groomed appearance.
- You have a command of the Dutch language.
- You easily connect with the residents, staff, and your fellow volunteers.
Additional information
The work takes place on Saturday or Sunday afternoon between 14:00 and 16:30 (on odd weeks).
