Tasks and duties

We are looking for a volunteer for the Parkinson's day treatment at Maartenshof.

You establish contact with clients easily and pleasantly. You assist with serving coffee and tea and performing light household chores.

You can contribute to a pleasant atmosphere by providing individual attention or assisting with activities.

Working hours are between 10:30 and 16:30, by mutual agreement.

Skills and qualities

• You are a good listener and want to get to know the clients better.
• You can work together.

The Maartenshof nursing home has a modern appearance, is surprising, and as an organization, aims to 'always see the person'. We strive to organize our work in such a way that clients, family, and other visitors enjoy coming to us. For volunteers, there is a great variety of activities within the possibilities of volunteering.

Travel expenses can be reimbursed up to a maximum of 30 kilometers per day. The applicable reimbursement is €0.23 per kilometer and amounts to a maximum of €6.90 per day.
