In this workshop, we explore where your attention is currently focused. Do you recognize that sometimes you just don't know what is truly important to you? Life is taking over your life, and focus is lacking occasionally? Do you feel the need for more insight and awareness that can also help you in your volunteer work?

In this workshop, I will take you on a creative journey of discovery. Using various materials, we will create two pieces that can give you more insight into where your attention is currently focused. You do not need any experience; it is about the creative and experiential process, not the end result. I look forward to meeting you!
