Neighborhood Church De Fontein (in Selwerd, Groningen) is an active church that is at the heart of society. The film club team is a close-knit group that selects films together and prepares the room. You will meet many people with diverse backgrounds who want to make a difference for others. This group in particular consists of people with diverse backgrounds (so not just churchgoers).
Tasks and duties
Every month, a feature film is screened at De Fontein for people from the neighborhood. The subject of the film is briefly introduced each time, and afterwards there is an opportunity to chat. We would like to expand our offerings. To do so, we are looking for new members for our film club, which currently consists of six people. The tasks and duties consist of:
- Determine joint program
- Setting up the room together.
- Receiving and informing the guests.
Skills and qualities
- Enthusiastic.
- Trustworthy.
- Some passion for film.
- Available on Thursday evenings.
