Coöperatie Dichtbij is a care provider and cooperative. Over 200 independent care providers (ZZP'ers) and 80 care organizations are affiliated with us. These are our members, and together we provide care and support to children, young people, and adults in North and East Groningen. Together, we share one mission: everyone should be able to continue living, living, and dying safely at home, regardless of their care or support needs. Collaboration is central within the cooperative. We work together intensively to deliver high-quality care and support, to learn from one another, and to make care more innovative and effective.
Together with its cooperative members, Coöperatie Dichtbij offers a diverse range of care and support for children, young people, and adults. We operate in almost all domains within healthcare (Youth, Wmo, Wlz, Zvw, Forensic Care). Our services range from individual guidance for young people with behavioral problems to palliative terminal care for people who are terminally ill.
