About Cosis woonlocatie Torenlaan

The Cosis Torenlaan residential location in the center of Haren is home to approximately 30 adults with a mild intellectual or psychological disability. Their ages are diverse, ranging from 20 to 70 years. They live here independently and receive guidance regarding their support needs. The goal is for the residents to live as independently as possible.

In addition to the indicated support needs addressed by the supervisors, many residents have additional requests for assistance. These are activities that contribute to their well-being but which they find difficult to organize themselves. Examples include participating in creative workshops, shopping, walking, cycling, going into town to eat a Tompouce, visiting a museum, or repairing clothes. This can be done one-on-one (with a buddy) or in a small group. We are looking for various volunteers for this. Are you unfamiliar with the target group? Then you are also welcome to drop by for a coffee session without obligation to get to know the group.
