Biblionet Groningen is the network organization of public libraries in the province of Groningen. Our organization is currently undergoing a major transformation. We are moving from a traditional lending library to a library that, in collaboration with other organizations such as the education sector, is committed to: - promoting reading, media literacy, and information skills; - reducing low literacy in our province; - supporting people in mastering basic (digital) skills; - personal development (lifelong learning) for everyone.
