INLIA is a network organization born from the involvement of (local) churches in the plight of asylum seekers in need. INLIA helps asylum seekers in need with legal advice, social support, and mediation regarding medical care and shelter. In addition, INLIA provides advice and information to churches, municipalities, and organizations.
INLIA Groningen accommodates foreign nationals without entitlement to shelter and facilities in the National Foreign Nationals Facility pilot (formerly Bed, Bath, and Bread). In another project, INLIA projects implement an integration trajectory for status holders and promising asylum seekers. INLIA is a knowledge institute in its field. It collaborates with municipalities and other social organizations in the field.
