About International Welcome Center North
The International Welcome Center North (IWCN) is the main point of contact for international people living in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe. We offer services in three areas: government formalities (residence permits and municipal registrations); information (practical information and referrals to reliable service providers); and social activities (an opportunity to build a social and/or business network during events). All this in one location.
My Local Friend (Dutch language support and social connections), FietsFriend (traffic rules workshops, one-on-one lessons, and tours of the province), and Welcome Walks (guided tours of the neighborhoods).
