You will be working in a close-knit team with enthusiastic and lovely people. People work here with great pleasure. You will build a social network and get the chance to develop your talents (further). We are happy with our volunteers and therefore offer a volunteer allowance of up to €125 per month. Furthermore, you receive a 25% discount on items from the shop and you may choose €10 worth of clothing per month. During your volunteer work, you will receive support from our work supervisor, Jesse. This work supervisor can help you, if necessary and desired, with carrying out your duties and with your personal development.
In the future, Kringloop+ plans to work with a driver who remains affiliated with us through an employment contract.
Tasks and duties
We are looking for you!
To ensure everything runs smoothly in the store, we are in urgent need of men and women willing to accompany our driver to pick up and deliver items.
As a delivery assistant at Kringloop+, no two days are the same, and that is what makes the job so appealing. You are an important link in the thrift store organization because you pick up furniture from people. You also deliver furniture purchased by customers. You provide good, customer-friendly service and ensure that purchased furniture is delivered to people's homes neatly and undamaged.
You work in a team of 2 to 3 people.
Skills and qualities
- You are in good physical condition, as you will sometimes be assigned heavier tasks requiring lifting (Kringloop+ pays attention to lifting techniques).
- You are the face of our store, and you demonstrate the added value of our thrift shop. This means providing good service and radiating job satisfaction to the customers.
