The nice thing about working at Leergeld is making the children we help happy by giving them swimming lessons, a bicycle, leisure activities, or something similar. We regularly receive positive messages from parents, drawings from children, or compliments over the phone.

Tasks and duties
In a friendly team of 6 to 8 colleagues, you jointly process applications submitted by intermediaries from families. This is done by:
- Digitally processing applications in our own Leergeld system.
- Digitally entering applications for the Youth Fund for Sport and Culture.
- Drafting letters to parents (partially standardized).
- Archiving the file.
Other duties:
- Hold a telephone consultation hour in the absence of the front office employee.
- Answering customers by phone.
- Answering and processing customer emails.
Skills and qualities
- Preferably an administrative background, MBO administrative.
- Experience working with administration is a plus.
- The ability to work with Word/Excel. Additionally, you will be taught how to work with a client registration program.
- The ability to work accurately and neatly is preferred.
- A good command of the Dutch language, an understanding of the target group, and the ability to interact with diverse people.
Additional information
Due to the rapid increase in the number of applications for the Leergeld Groningen eo foundation, we are urgently seeking volunteers for administrative support. Computer experience is required.
