About Natuurvriendenhuis Allardsoog (Nivon)
At the three-province point of Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe lies the “Natuurvriendenhuis Allardsoog”, one of the thirteen nature friends' houses of the Nivon. An affordable ‘do-it-yourself hotel’ that is managed entirely by volunteers.
It is an ideal place for (short) holidays, family days, weekend getaways, or for organizing workshops/excursions or meetings. The spacious house has a total of 61 beds and various rooms, suitable for diverse activities.
We are going to make Allardsoog even more beautiful and sustainable. To take the time to do this properly, we will be closing from October 1, 2026. From February 14, 2027, everyone is very welcome again.
