Tasks and duties
Nestled amidst the beautiful farmlands of the Groningen Hogeland, you will find the Innersdijk residential care center. Innersdijk offers accommodation, care, and well-being for elderly people who can no longer live independently at home due to physical or mental health issues. There is always something to do at Innersdijk. You enter the building through the reception hall, where you will find numerous facilities. There is a brasserie, a hair salon, and an activity room. In the brasserie, you can sit together comfortably to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink.
Innersdijk has four departments, named after the old manor houses of Groningen. The Ripperdaborg provides care for residents with chronic physical ailments. The Hankemaborg, Menkemaborg, and Ennemaborg provide care for residents with an advanced form of dementia. Each residence has a shared living room where you can meet each other.

Tasks: assist the employees in the group.
- Help with breakfast and lunch, setting the table and clearing up.
- Putting away the laundry, making the beds, sweeping and mopping the floor.
- Reading the newspaper or a magazine with residents, playing games in the living room.
- Walking with a resident around Innersdijk.
- Undertaking other odd jobs or activities with residents.
