During the Ten Boer running race and triathlon, you direct traffic together with the team of traffic controllers.
Every year, Sportrecreade Ten Boer organizes various sports activities in late summer, including a running race ( August 17 ) and a triathlon ( August 22 ). The activities cross traffic, requiring traffic controllers to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role is very important, as some activities cannot take place without enough traffic controllers.
What are you going to do?
You ensure that all traffic is properly managed. You direct traffic in the right direction, stop traffic when necessary, and show athletes the right way.
Spending of time
To become a traffic controller, you complete an online questionnaire. This demonstrates that you know the traffic rules and what to do in various situations.
