About Stichting De GroenVerbinders
Objective of De GroenVerbinders De GroenVerbinders is committed to making neighborhoods greener, more social, and more livable. We combine sustainability with social impact by offering people facing barriers to employment opportunities for meaningful and suitable work. Together with residents, housing corporations, businesses, and the municipality, we work on greening streets, gardens, and squares. In doing so, we strengthen not only nature and the living environment but also the connection between people in the neighborhood. We also consider what suits the participant and provide tailored solutions.
What do De GroenVerbinders do? Our work revolves around people and greenery. We are here to make neighborhoods more beautiful and livable, and we do so in various ways: Driver & Transport – picking up and delivering materials, plants, and tools so that our team can get to work anywhere. Helping people – small jobs in and around the house for residents who can no longer do everything themselves. Garden team – maintaining, greening, and sprucing up gardens, courtyards, and squares together with residents. Connection – we are there for anyone who needs help, and ensure that people feel seen and supported.
