Tasks and duties
Splash! Are you a water lover? Several clients with physical and intellectual disabilities would love to swim.
They need support with this. This support consists of accompanying them from home to the swimming pool, changing clothes, accompanying them in the pool, changing clothes again, and accompanying them home.
Skills and qualities
- Swimming certificates and swimming proficiency are a must.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the target group are a requirement.
- A sense of responsibility towards the client is important.
- Interpersonal skills are necessary to initiate and maintain conversation with support workers and clients.
- You respect the privacy of clients and employees.

An introductory meeting will follow first to get to know each other.
