Tasks and duties
As a host, you provide coffee, tea, a cozy atmosphere, and perhaps even a game.
In consultation, you will go out briefly with a client to run a quick errand or just go for a walk.
Your presence allows the permanent employee to focus better on their work. You create connection.
You are briefed on the specifics.
Skills and qualities
- You have an organized nature and enjoy working with people.
- You are open to collaboration with the professionals and can provide feedback when necessary.
- You are open to learning and can handle feedback.
- The target audience finds you interesting. A little "fireworks" doesn't scare you off.
- You handle the privacy of residents and staff with care.
