- Communicating with and informing neighborhood residents in the area: De Wijert (north and south, Helpermaar and Villabuurt-West. (planning: expansion of Groningen-Zuid activities website.)
- Motivating neighborhood residents to come up with ideas for their neighborhood and guiding them to resident(s) who are already active, residents' organizations, community workers, the municipality, etc.
- Motivating neighborhood residents to take action regarding neighborhood issues and guiding them in this regard neighborhood resident(s) who is/are already active, residents' organizations, community workers, municipality, etc.
- Facilitating communication between neighborhood residents, entrepreneurs, organizations, and the municipality.
