Tasks and duties
- Cooking preparation; mise en place under the guidance of an experienced chef.
- Cutting, frying, boiling, plating.
- Preparing products for sale in the store; soups, sauces, pesto, etc.
- Working according to HACCP guidelines, or hygienic cooking, so also cleaning duties.
- For a participation job, a work week of at least 16 hours applies.
Skills and qualities
- You are a hobby cook yourself.
- You like to get things done.
- Physically able to stand and walk a lot.
- Able to work well together.
- Reasonably stress-resistant.
- Customer-friendly and hospitable.
Additional information
Commitment is subject to consultation.
The restaurant is open on Fridays.
During the week, groups regularly make use of the Buuf, including lunch or dinner.
This vacancy can be filled as either a Participation Job or a volunteer position.
