You work under the supervision of a welfare worker; together with the worker, you welcome a group of approximately 12 residents.
Tasks and duties
Serving coffee, tea, drinks, and snacks during the Friday afternoon drinks. There is a varied activity program including exercise, painting, afternoon drinks, bingo, and creative and musical activities. There is an opportunity for a friendly chat. One-on-one contact with residents. There is space to go for walks with residents or run a small errand together.
Skills and qualities
For this target group, it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language.
That you are patient and can offer a listening ear.
That you enjoy taking care of others.
