Tasks and duties
As a neighborhood concierge, you make a round through the neighborhood several times a week and are the point of contact for residents.
- You identify problems and imperfections in public spaces and ensure the orderly parking of bicycles and mopeds.
- You inform residents, refer them – if necessary – and report problems to the various organizations.
- Cleaning up small litter and other minor repair jobs are part of the job.
- Contact and consultation with residents' groups and employees of various organizations working at the neighborhood level is part of the job description.

- You are customer-friendly and helpful.
- You are a good listener and make contact easily.
- You take initiative and offer support where necessary.
- You are steadfast.
- You know how to get things done and like to roll up your sleeves.
- You enjoy the work and you know the neighborhood.
