Help out with fun activities such as games, music, and creative activities. You bring joy, attention, and social interaction to the residents of De Brink.
Do you want to make a difference for the elderly and enjoy pleasant and meaningful moments yourself? At WelZINN location De Brink, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to assist with various activities. Volunteers make a difference every day by offering residents extra attention, companionship, and fun. WelZINN's activities include creative activities, games, music, exercise, outings, and theme weeks.
What are you going to do?
Depending on your interests and availability, you could, for example:
- Accompanying residents to an activity;
- Making small talk and creating a pleasant atmosphere;
- Providing support with, for example, bingo, shuffleboard, handicrafts, or creative activities;
- Helping during music and singing activities;
- Assisting with outings, events, and theme days;
- Help with setting up and cleaning up materials.
Many different activities are organized at various times within De Brink, allowing us to see together what suits you best.
And you?
- You are people-oriented and social, with an eye for the needs of the elderly.
- You have an affinity with the target group (elderly people with, for example, dementia or somatic conditions).
- Experience is not necessary; enthusiasm and commitment are more important.
