About Zorg voor Ambacht
Zorg voor Ambacht is an accessible day activity center where our participants can work on their goals at their own pace and level. The diversity of our participants reflects our main vision: inclusivity and customization. This is a conscious policy choice. We believe it is important that there is a place where people with different backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, support needs, and intelligence levels—who, for various reasons, lack connection in society—can come together, learn to work together, and treat one another with respect. We therefore call our day activities ‘society in miniature’.
Our day activities consist of the following departments and sub-departments: - Woodworking Department (candle making sub-department) - Creative Department (wood decoration, textile sub-department) - Bicycle Repair Department (car and scooter repair sub-department) - Hospitality Department - Modest Green Department
