Volunteers ensure pleasant daytime activities for residents by offering time, attention, companionship, and a listening ear. Together, we will look at which role suits you best. As a volunteer, you will have opportunities to further develop yourself and you will be well cared for.
Tasks and duties
Every other Sunday afternoon, there is a beautiful service for the residents of Innersdijk, prepared by the spiritual caregivers. For the church services at the Innersdijk location, we are looking for volunteers who can accompany visitors during the services. As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
- Preparing the church hall (no heavy work).
- Pick up residents and bring them back afterwards.
- Assisting residents during the service.
Skills and qualities
- You are available on Sundays, once a month from 14:30 to 16:00. (Twice a month is also acceptable).
- Preferably, you have experience with or knowledge of the elderly, for example people with dementia or somatic conditions.
- You are people-oriented, able to connect, and respect the wishes and boundaries of the residents.

Er is altijd iets te doen binnnen de 2 locaties in Ten Boer. U stapt de gebouwen binnen in de gezellige brasserie, waar u tal van faciliteiten vindt. In de Brasserie kunt u een kopje koffie drinken met bezoek of een maaltijd nuttigen.
