Tasks and duties
At Alétho, participants work on their IT skills, but some would also like to learn other skills, such as playing the piano. A keyboard is available on-site that can be used for this purpose.
Skills and qualities
Affinity with the target group (often people with autism) is important. The participants are of average to high intelligence.

We zijn gevestigd in Assen en Groningen. Bij Alétho krijgen deelnemers de ruimte om met gespecialiseerde begeleiding hun ICT-, werknemers- en sociale vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. We zijn gericht op het bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid om perspectief te bieden op participatie in de maatschappij. Alétho biedt ook reintegratietrajecten voor een aantal IT-gerelateerde beroepen.
