As a volunteer for the Dierenbescherming, you are part of the largest animal welfare organization in the Netherlands.

Tasks and duties
As a school educator, you educate children at primary schools in your local area about animals and animal welfare. You do this using our Animal Protectors Game. In doing so, you contribute to raising children's awareness of animal welfare and promote animal-friendly behavior. This is an independent position averaging about 4 hours per week.
Preparing and giving guest lectures.
- Recruiting new schools.
- Register your own schedule.
Skills and qualities
In addition to subscribing to the objectives of the Dierenbescherming, you have:
- Pedagogical insight.
- Good communication skills.
- High degree of independence.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Good with children.
- Proficient in spoken and written Dutch.
