About EdanZ
EdanZ is a unique place in Groningen to meet, develop, grow, and work. Here, we work together as a community. You are welcome to participate in workshops, for example, but also to offer your talents and thus contribute to the growth of others and yourself. We are always open to new ideas and initiatives. Upon arrival, the atmosphere is perceived as very positive. A ‘family feeling’ and ‘coming home’ are words many visitors use to describe EdanZ. We see providing and creating the sense of belonging and feeling at home as our core priority. In this, we are supported by many volunteers and involved individuals who hold EdanZ (and everything created and offered) dear to their hearts. EdanZ offers space for growth by facilitating and organizing activities that promote personal development. EdanZ brings together people, initiatives, experience, space, and knowledge to stimulate and strengthen one another. EdanZ is actively committed to promoting Encounter, Awareness & Development.
In line with the mission, we do this by:
- Offering workshops, courses, lectures, and meetings;
- Offering a diversity of spaces and services. Room rental forms the financial basis. The flexibility of the organization makes it easy for initiators to create and realize;
- The pooling of entrepreneurs that ensures a robust and complete network that stakeholders can utilize or develop;
- offering (start-up) opportunities to set up individual or collective initiatives, without the need for one's own company or organization;
