You can be creative with language in your own environment and at a time that suits you. If you wish, you can attend team meetings and join the excursions in the beautiful Hunze Valley, just south of the city of Groningen.
Tasks and duties
Team Hunzedal consists of approximately 40 enthusiastic volunteers. In a beautiful and vast nature reserve, they welcome visitors for excursions, boat trips, and youth activities. Naturally, everything organized by your teammates needs to be brought to the public's attention. This can be done by posting messages on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), distributing flyers, and posting the activities and excursions on our website. You will receive assistance with this from the staff of the Public & Relations department. They will help you, for example, with high-quality press photos, a program for creating flyers and posters, and all the input you need.
You do this volunteer work from home, work independently, and can get started whenever it suits you. You are in contact with the coordinators of the working groups; they pass on information about the activities to you, and you turn it into an engaging story.
You can also join the board so that you are kept informed of everything that is being organized. The board meets several times a year in the evening.
Skills and qualities
You have a feel for language, enjoy writing, and are comfortable using social media. You enjoy bringing nature excursions to the attention of a broad audience. You take initiative and work independently.
