Tasks and duties
Do you have experience with sewing and want to share your creativity? Come join our cozy sewing studio.
Under the guidance of an experienced seamstress, we make beautiful children's clothing from second-hand men's shirts; from pinafores to summer hats, all kinds of things are made.
Our seamstress is looking for an experienced volunteer to support her in helping local residents during the sewing workshop.
It is always a pleasant morning full of creativity, nice conversations, and beautiful results.
Skills and qualities
- Sewing experience: You are proficient with a sewing machine and have basic knowledge of making or altering clothing.
- Patient and helpful: You can explain things to others in a friendly manner and provide support.
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
- Creative and sustainably minded: You enjoy making something new and unique from second-hand materials.
- Involved in the neighborhood: You enjoy interacting with local residents and want to contribute to a positive neighborhood project.
Additional information
After a short holiday, we will enthusiastically get back to work starting October 27 .
