Stichting zaVie is active in the Social Domain and originates from various organizations that advocate for the interests of all residents of the province of Groningen who require care and/or support. ZaVie focuses particularly on the elderly, persons with mental health vulnerabilities, intellectual and/or physical disabilities, and the chronically ill.
Stichting zaVie is a volunteer organization, and the operational activities are carried out by volunteers. The foundation is based at Zorgbelang Groningen www.zorgbelang-groningen.nl and has office space and facilities at its disposal.
The volunteers working at the Zorgbelang location are supervised by the volunteer coordinator.
