Stichting zaVie is active in the Social Domain and originates from various organizations that represent the interests of all residents of the province of Groningen who require care and/or support. ZaVie focuses particularly on the elderly, persons with mental health vulnerabilities, intellectual and/or physical disabilities, and the chronically ill.
Stichting zaVie is a volunteer organization, and the operational activities are carried out by volunteers. The foundation is based at Zorgbelang Groningen www.zorgbelang-groningen.nl and has office space and facilities at its disposal.
Tasks and duties
- Taking minutes of meetings within zaVie at our office in Groningen and sometimes online.
- Drafting a report and action list.
Skills and qualities
- Listening to what people have to say.
- Putting the main points of their story "on paper" digitally, briefly and concisely.
- Collaborating on equal footing in a team where there is room for everyone's talent and background.
Additional information
What do we offer you?
- An informal working atmosphere with regular lunches, drinks, or outings.
- Guidance and room to develop yourself, with the possibility of taking courses.
- A fee of €15.00 per meeting, reimbursement of travel expenses, a volunteer contract, and liability insurance.
- Number of hours and working times to be agreed upon.
