A number of sales points have been set up where the public can buy a ticket in person and also immediately get information about the festival.
We sell all performance tickets ourselves, unless the performance is free of charge. For the most part, this is done via our website. During the festival, a number of sales points are set up where the public can purchase a ticket in person. This point also serves as an information point for tickets, performances, and other questions. Sometimes we also sell merchandise or other fun items related to Noorderzon and/or the performances at these points. At every location, you will be guided as a volunteer by a member of our Ticketing Crew. You will always receive the (latest) instructions from this person.
Do you enjoy interacting with our audience, informing them about our program, and selling tickets? Then this is the place for you as a volunteer at our festival. Most 'shifts' within this volunteer position take place daily between 12:00 – 19:00 and between 17:00 – 22:00.
The minimum age for working in ticket sales at Noorderzon is 16. You must be at least 18 only for the evening shifts.
