In doing so, we hope to encourage our target group to get out more and maintain their social contacts. This 'social added value' is a very important aspect of the Neighbourhood Taxi.

Tasks and duties
The project is looking for a Telephone Operator for the taxi schedule and trip planning. For this volunteer position, it is helpful if you are reasonably capable of multitasking (speaking to customers and scheduling). As coordinator, you are the link between the customer and the drivers. Naturally, you will be thoroughly trained by an experienced colleague. It has been shown that the job only gets more enjoyable as you get to know the customers!
