Tasks and duties
For this position, we are looking for an all-round assistant/right-hand person with the following duties (in consultation):
- Communication (answering emails, telephone contact, activity calendar, etc.)
- Host person at dance moments/activities (maintaining the atmosphere, personal attention)
- Practical support (purchasing supplies for festivities, picking up orders, running errands, etc.)
- Coordination of volunteer team and teaching team.
- Planning and organization.
- Optionally, presentations, external meetings, and networking events.
Skills and qualities
- Empathetic and able to make genuine connections with people.
- Perseverance and the ability to work in a goal-oriented manner.
- Flexible and stress-resistant: able to switch gears quickly, and work adequately and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- A heart in the right place for fellow man and the foundation.
- Strong sense of responsibility and respectful attitude, especially when working with vulnerable people
- Expertise based on experience and/or life experience is a plus.
- Open attitude towards other cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.
- Ability to handle privacy-sensitive information.
Additional information
Naturally, we prefer to find someone who possesses all these qualities, but the role could also be filled by multiple people. We would be happy to explore with you what suits you best and what your capacity is in this regard.
