Tasks and duties
This young man is energetic, enterprising, and creative. He enjoys crafting and gaming. He wants to explore the world more and could use some help with that. For instance, he would like to go to the cinema, visit a museum, or head into town for a drink on a terrace or something similar. Together, you make new plans. He is diagnosed with ASD (Autism). This means that his thought process is sometimes a puzzle that you will solve together. And if you succeed, you will get to know each other better and better.
Skills and qualities
You can empathize with this young adult and recognize their stage of life. You are reliable and adhere to agreements made. You communicate clearly and on time. You show understanding for the client if they need time to understand you or explain what they mean. You are in conversation with the support staff and are open to instructions and information regarding your buddy and their living group. You enjoy gaming and crafting and are creative with both your mind and hands.
