As a volunteer, you are the host for our visitors. While the team prepares the activities, it is your presence that takes the burden off us. You are the point of contact for the visitors and ensure that the afternoon runs smoothly.
Tasks and duties
- Running the (Un)Disturbed Afternoon on Wednesday afternoon
- Make coffee/tea, prepare the room, have a chat with the visitors
- Assisting with the theme afternoons
- Keep track of small cash
- To wash up
- Tidy up the room after use
Skills and qualities
- Someone who can work independently
- A (young) adult and availability on Wednesday afternoons for at least one year
- Has an affinity with our target group
Additional information
Stichting (On)Gestoord is committed to (young) adults with mental health vulnerabilities. We hold a drop-in afternoon on Wednesdays, and we also organize activities to make the theme of (self-)stigma understandable and open for discussion. With you as a volunteer, we create an (online) platform where you can make a difference, develop yourself, and where your opinion matters.
