We lack the knowledge and experience to promote our website to our audience, community centers, social work organizations, and the municipality. Will you help us?
Interesting or nice about this vacancy
As a communications volunteer, you are the creative one within the team. You design posters, flyers, newsletters, stationery, and who knows what else.
You publish a monthly motivational newsletter with the latest news about the website, perhaps a puzzle? or other things that engage people with the website.
You also actively think about the text on the website, the look and feel, and the colors on the website (SEO).
With your posters and flyers, you ensure that the website receives even more visitors.
You work together with the website builder on a super fun and professional website.
Tasks and duties
- Formatting and filling the monthly newsletter
- Designing posters and flyers
- Assisting with search engine optimization (together with the website builder)
- Active role in improving the website
You really don't have to be a specialist, but you do need to be open to learning things.
Skills and qualities
- Experience with Canva (or want to learn)
- Extensive experience with computers (Word, Excel)
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
- Good at the Dutch language
- Creatively
- Experience with Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)
