In consultation, and under the supervision of the technical man, you carry out tasks in the building or at residents' homes. You have contact with residents and staff. People will be grateful to you for the work performed. Making residents happy with something they can no longer do themselves, such as hanging a painting or a clock.
Tasks and duties
In consultation, your tasks could be:
Small painting jobs, assisting with wallpapering an apartment, hanging various items on the wall at residents' homes, small house/garden chores.
Skills and qualities
You will come into contact with vulnerable elderly people and elderly people with memory problems; proficiency in the Dutch language is important. Enjoying odd jobs in and around the house is important, as is knowing how a drill works. Experience in a domestic setting with painting, wallpapering, and minor repair work is also required.
