Do you want to inspire children and teach them about children's rights? Become a volunteer youth educator and make a real difference in the classroom!

Tasks and duties

What are you going to do?

You give guest lessons on children's rights to pupils in the upper grades of primary school. You bring the subject closer to their everyday lives and show that children's rights are important everywhere. After a training program, you will start working independently:

- You approach schools and schedule guest lessons.

- You deliver the lessons using our engaging teaching materials.

- You respond to requests via UNICEF.

- You report on your lessons and stay in contact with your coordinator.

What do we expect from you?

- You give at least 5 guest lessons per school year (during school hours).

- You follow the training program (online module, training day, onboarding process).

You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.

- You are presentable, proactive, reliable, and have strong communication skills.
