Do you have an eye for cleanliness, do you like to get things done, and do you enjoy keeping a property clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to use? Then we have a spot for you on our team.
For our building at Heesterpoort 1, we are looking for a committed facilities assistant to help us with a variety of practical tasks. The building houses, among others, the WIJ Groningen teams, the child health clinic, and the Language House. Various activities for local residents are also organized here weekly.
Tasks and duties
You are an indispensable link in the day-to-day operations of the building. Your tasks and duties include:
- Keep meeting rooms and general areas tidy.
- Keeping the kitchens clean, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Taking care of the plants in the building.
- Cleaning the window sills.
- Making rounds through the corridors: what is there and what could be improved?
- Refilling coffee cups.
- Emptying waste bins and paper bins.
- Putting out paper containers and other waste.
- Sweeping the square and the sidewalk around the building.
Skills and qualities
- You love a tidy environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
- You are independent and see for yourself what needs to be done.
- You are reliable and enjoy contributing to a pleasant atmosphere in the building.
Additional information
The scheduling of hours is flexible, spread over two days or distributed over multiple half-days. This vacancy can be filled as a participation job. For this, you must be available for at least 16 hours per week. For more information about a participation job, visit participatiebaan . A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is part of the procedure.
