Tasks and duties
For the Music at the GRZ (Geriatric Rehabilitation Care) project, we are looking for an enthusiastic and calm volunteer to support our team. This special project is led by the conservatory and a movement therapist and takes place weekly on Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Grand Café.
What are you going to do?
- Picking up rehabilitation patients from the ward and escorting them to the Grand Café (mostly in wheelchairs).
- Provide support during the music sessions, for example by handing out musical instruments.
- Actively participate in the sessions and help create a positive atmosphere.
- Paying attention to the rehabilitation patients, even when music evokes emotional reactions.
- Provide flexible support where needed.
Skills and qualities
- Someone who is calm and friendly in their demeanor.
- Physically capable of assisting clients in a wheelchair.
- Involved, enthusiastic, and not afraid to join in.
- An affinity with music is a plus, but not a requirement.

ZINN location De Dilgt is an atmospheric and lively residential care facility in a green and rural setting, offering a comprehensive range of care services. In addition to the residential care center, the grounds feature several residential towers with care and rental apartments. The more than 350 residents, clients, and rehabilitation patients receive high-quality care and support in a cozy, inviting environment. They can count on tailored assistance, care, and nursing.
