Zorggroep Groningen offers specialized nursing home and rehabilitation care for elderly people with complex health problems. From various locations in the Groningen region, our well-trained staff provide the best care and treatment every day. For this vacancy, we are looking for someone for our location in Ten Boer.
Do you enjoy music and a good time, and do you like putting a smile on the faces of the residents of Innersdijk? For our musical afternoons and performances at Innersdijk, we are looking for volunteers to join our team.
Tasks and duties
As a volunteer at performances, you are the indispensable link that ensures everything runs smoothly. You pick up residents from their rooms and go to the hall together (and back). You make and serve coffee/tea, have a chat, enjoy the musical performance together, and lend a hand where necessary. Afterwards, you wrap up the afternoon together. You work in this role with fellow volunteers and the activity coordinators.
Skills and qualities
- You have a warm heart for elderly care.
- You are friendly and patient.
- You can help at the musical afternoon twice a month on Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
