- The group is a maximum of 3 people.
Tasks and duties
At Alétho, participants work on their IT skills, but they also enjoy doing other things, such as being outdoors and hiking, combined with the challenge of geocaching.
Skills and qualities
- Affinity with the target group (people with autism or a mental disability) is important. The participants are of average to high intelligence.
- A private car (and driver's license) is required.
- A Certificate of Conduct is required. This is reimbursed by Alétho.
Additional information
Participants are present from Monday to Friday. Working hours within these days are arranged in consultation. It lasts a short half-day (approx. 2.5 hours). Two half-days are also possible, in which case two groups will be started.

We zijn gevestigd in Assen en Groningen. Bij Alétho krijgen deelnemers de ruimte om met gespecialiseerde begeleiding hun ICT-, werknemers- en sociale vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. We zijn gericht op het bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid om perspectief te bieden op participatie in de maatschappij. Alétho biedt ook reintegratietrajecten voor een aantal IT-gerelateerde beroepen.
