Tasks and duties

  • Landscaping:
  • Providing landscaping and maintenance at various properties in Beijum.
  • Garden team:
  • You are part of the Beijum Garden Team. Together with other neighborhood residents, you help with pruning, mowing the lawn, and other gardening tasks for residents who are unable to do this work themselves.
  • Field Service Concierge:
  • You are the point of contact for tenants, you supervise public spaces, and you clean up litter.
  • For a participation job, you are available for at least 16 hours per week.

Skills and qualities

  • You are interested in greenery and outdoor maintenance.
  • You have a proactive work attitude.
  • You are physically capable of performing the work.
  • You can work both independently and in a team.
  • You keep your appointments.
